Yes. Lucky Life Foundation is 12A and 80G registered, so your donation is eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. A receipt is emailed automatically after an online donation — for bank transfers, email us your transfer confirmation and we'll send one.
Yes. Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway used by banks and businesses across India. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — Razorpay handles that directly.
Yes — contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and we'll review it. Since donations directly fund active programs, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically.
