luckylifefoundation.org is run by Lucky Life Foundation, a non-profit society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (registration no. LUC/06893/2020-2021, PAN AACAL6598H), with its office at Anaura Khurd, Anaura Kala, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226028. By using this website or donating through it, you agree to these terms.

Donations

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support the foundation's charitable work. They are not payment for any goods or services, and nothing is delivered or shipped in return.
• Online donations are accepted in Indian Rupees and only from Indian citizens, from their own funds. We do not accept foreign contributions through this website.
• If you choose a focus area, we use your donation for that area. If a focus area has more funds than it can use well, we may use the surplus for our other charitable objects.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's terms and your bank's terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, PAN and address you give. We report donations to the Income Tax Department using the details you provide.

Tax receipts

Every online donation receives an email receipt. Donations are eligible for a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to its conditions. To claim the deduction you need a Form 10BE certificate, which we issue after filing Form 10BD for the financial year — so please give your PAN and address when you donate. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for 80G.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

Using the website

• Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, send spam through its forms, or submit false information.
• The text, logo and images on this site belong to Lucky Life Foundation or are used with permission. You may share our pages and quote them with credit, but you may not use our name or logo to raise money or suggest our endorsement without written permission.
• We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it may change without notice.
• Links to other websites (such as Razorpay, Instagram or YouTube) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the foundation is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
